MEET MX CRIMISON KITTY, OUR PROUD FOREVER PARTNER
Crimson is the Program Manager for Homeless Youth Outreach at the Hetrick-Martin Institute, incorporating drag, crafting and other sparkly life lessons within their scope of work. Crimson’s main priority is not just street homeless outreach but creating a safe space within the walls of HMI’s as the pantry coordinator, making sure that our members can access everything from toiletries, clothing shower and laundry services. Additionally, Crimson runs a peer led street homeless outreach program that helps to connect new members with their peers through community engagement.
MEET EDDIE DUYOS, OUR PROUD FOREVER PARTNER
Eddie Duyos is a NYC based make-up artist and Global educator with a degree in Fashion Design & skilled in Make-up Artistry ranging from special effects, theater, runway, film, & editorial. With over 30 years of experience working with top beauty brands as an educator, artist and lead talent on camera has given him a global voice in education as well as Artistry. Eddie’s vast work in editorial and artistic projects has helped him to develop a keen eye for color composition and artistic trends that have given him the experience to work on set for global brands as a key artist on campaigns, along with being part of Global Artistry teams for New York Fashion Week.
Eddie’s fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, has given him the opportunity to be an Instructional Designer for the U.S., Mexico, Canada & Brazil and is currently leading Pro Education & Artistry at MAKE UP FOR EVER for North America. He currently is also the Lead Artist & Coordinator for North America for MAKE UP FOR EVER’s Global Pro Collective working on all product development projects for new launches assuring that the North American voice is heard and represented in all product launches and formulations.

Adeola Ajala is the Senior Director of HR for North America, leading the charge alongside Megha Tailor, Senior Manager, HR NA. Together, this dynamic HR team wears many hats, handling everything from Talent Development and DEI initiatives to Payroll/Benefits and providing comprehensive support to the employees of MAKE UP FOR EVER.
