FOR A WINGED LINER LOOK
1.Shake well before use. When opening, remove the excess of product from the tip on the side of the bottle.
2.Starts at the wing of the nose and go past the outer corner of the eye to determine where the eyeliner should stop.
3.Apply the eyeliner starting at the center of the eye towards the outer corner of the eyelid.
4.Trace over a dotted line from the inner corner of the eye to the center of the eyelid, creating a solid line.
