Place a cotton pad soaked with the product on the eyelids and leave to be absorbed by the eyelashes, without rubbing.
On fragile eyelids, apply the gel with the fingers and smooth gently over the make up.
Wipe off with a cotton pad moistened with the Cool Lotion. Blot excess product with a tissue.
