You may be using our interactive services ("Interactive Services"), such as Ratings & Reviews, and these Terms and Conditions govern your use of those Interactive Services.

However, you should always check the ingredients for products to avoid potential allergic reactions, as MAKE UP FOR EVER may change ingredients from time to time. All products should be used strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions and guidelines. Our Website is solely an online site for our beauty products and is not meant to serve as a substitute for medical advice. Please consult with your own physician or health care practitioner regarding the use of any goods, products or information received from our Website before using or relying on them as possible treatment of any medical condition. We do not give or intend to give any answers to medical related questions, we do not represent ourselves as a medical resource and no medical treatments are intentionally provided. MAKE UP FOR EVER also has the right (but not the obligation) to terminate a registered user's account or a user’s right to post User Materials to the Website or a user’s use of our Interactive Services. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Republic Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any cause of action that may arise under these Terms and Conditions will be brought in the appropriate court in Republic Indonesia and you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Republic Indonesia. You are responsible for complying with the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Website and you agree that you will not access or use the information on the Website in violation of such laws. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and the failure of MAKE UP FOR EVER to assert any right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. It is the express wish of the parties that these Terms and Conditions and all related documents be drawn up in English. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND MAKE UP FOR EVER AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE AND THE INTERACTIVE SERVICES MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Website and/or its services if we believe you are in breach of our terms and conditions or applicable law, or for any other reason without notice or liability. As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our Customer Service department may call you at the phone number you provided (or use your email address) to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.

15. Miscellaneous.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect.
