HOW TO APPLY ROUGE ARTIST SHINE ON ?

STEP 2: Apply ROUGE ARTIST SHINE ON to the center of the upper lip, following the cupid’s bow and apply the lipstick to the c ent er of the lower lip.

STEP 3: Apply ROUGE ARTIST SHINE ON starting from each outer corner of the center of the upper lip
