WHEN SHOULD I PLACE BY ORDER TO RECEIVE IT BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS?

To receive your order by December 24th, please check the table below. Carriers may experience higher volumes, so we recommend placing your order early to ensure timely delivery.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY HOLIDAY ORDER?

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime in your account or by clicking this link

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVE YET?

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you can’t locate it:
The driver may have placed your package in a safe spot out of plain sight or protected from bad weather. In some cases, it may take an additional 24–48 hours to appear as delivered.
If more than 48 hours have passed, please contact us immediately and include your order number and full shipping address so we can open an investigation to help locate your package.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, our system begins processing it immediately. Because of this, we are unable to modify the shipping address or cancel the order. Please double-check your information before submitting your order to ensure its correct.

CAN I SHIP TO A PO BOX, APO, FPO, OR DPO?

All orders ship via UPS and must be sent to a physical street address. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

DO YOU SHIP TO PUERTO RICO, GUAM, HAWAII, OR ALASKA?

We ship to Hawaii and Alaska using Express Shipping only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Puerto Rico or Guam at this time.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are unable to process international orders at this time. If you’d like to purchase MAKE UP FOR EVER products, please visit our regional websites in France (FR), Europe (EU), Japan (JP), Taiwan (TW), United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia (SA), or Kuwait (KW).

CAN I USE A FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICE?

We are unable to ship to freight forwarding services. All orders must be sent to a valid street address.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR HOLIDAY RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

We gladly accept returns for unopened or gently used products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that exchanges are not available.

CAN I EXCHANGE A GIFT PURCHASED DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON?

We are currently unable to offer exchanges. You may return the item for a full refund and place a new order for the item you would like. For more details, please see our return process here.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any items are damaged or defective, contact us at info@makeupforeverusa.com and include your order number, item description, and photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping box.
To ensure timely assistance, please report all issues within 48 hours of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot process claims after this period.
Important: Keep the original packaging and the damaged or defective product for inspection. If the product is not available, we will not be able to process a claim. Once we confirm the item is damaged or defective, we will provide next steps.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

ARE DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS AVAILABLUE DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON?

Promotions and offers are available throughout the year. Discounts apply to select products, with some exclusions. Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes cannot be combined. Promotions are time-limited and cannot be applied to previous purchases.
Please note that items in the holiday collections and value sets are excluded from any promotions.

DO PRO MEMBERS RECEIVE PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS DURING THE HOLIDAYS?

Additional promotions and discounts cannot be combined with Pro orders. Pro members must log in to access their discount.
Exclusions: Holiday collections and value sets are not eligible for this offer.
