Are discounts and promotions available during the holiday season?
Promotions and offers are available throughout the year. These discounts are applied to a selection of products where exclusions may apply. Promotions run for a limited time and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Products in The Dream On Holiday Collection are excluded from all promotions. Do Pro members receive promotional discounts during the holidays?
Additional promotional offers and discounts may not be applied to Pro (Backstage Card holder) orders. Pro members must log-in to access their discount. Exclusions may apply. The Dream On Holiday Collection and value sets are excluded from all promotions.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
When should I place my order to receive it before the Holidays?
To receive orders on or before December 24th, please reference the table below. We cannot guarantee the delivery date due to varying delays, however it is recommended to order early to avoid these potential delays.

Priority/Express Delivery
Orders must be placed before 12.00 pm US Eastern Time to be processed on the same business day. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Orders ship via UPS and must be sent to a physical address.
Puerto Rico /APO/FPO/DPO
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to these locations.
International Orders
Unfortunately we cannot accept any international orders. To purchase Make Up For Ever products, please visit your local MAKEUPFOREVER.COM website or visit the Store Locator to find a location near you.
Shipments to Forwarding Companies
Unfortunately, MAKE UP FOR EVER cannot ship to freight forwarders.
Customer Service
Order Information
All orders may be subject to review. When an order is placed, your issuing bank will place a temporary hold to reserve funds equivalent to your pending purchase amount. This hold will be released automatically once your order has shipped and payment is authorized. For more information about the authorization hold time frame, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company.
Order Cancelation
Unfortunately, we don’t have the ability to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. If you wish to return the order once received, please find information on our return process here. If your package is still in transit you may contact UPS directly and ask that they return the package to sender. Once we receive the package, we will begin the return and refund process.
Return Policy
MAKEUPFOREVER.COM will gladly accept returns for any unopened or gently used products within 30 days of purchase through our website. MAKE UP FOR EVER does not provide prepaid return labels.
