RETURN POLICY

 

We will gladly accept returns for any unopened or gently used products within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to offer exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

MAKE UP FOR EVER monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost following a report of non-receipt. Returns that are denied will not be returned to you.

Please allow up to 21 business days for your refund to be issued.

MAKEUPFOREVER.COM ORDERS

- Complete the return form enclosed in your original order and include it with your return along with your item and original product packaging. You can find your order details on your order confirmation email, packaging slip, or here. Incomplete, inaccurate, or missing return forms will increase processing time.

- The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest that you ship your return via a traceable service to ensure delivery. We are not responsible to any packages that are damaged or lost in transit.

IN STORE PURCHASE RETURNS

IFor any products purchased from our Pro Studio, Sephora, Sephora inside Kohl’s, Kohls.com, Macys.com, or Nordstrom.com, we kindly ask that you contact the retailer directly for assistance with returns or claims. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or handle claims for items purchased through these retailers, and they cannot be returned to MAKE UP FOR EVER. Each retailer has its own return policy, and they will be best equipped to help you with your request.

KLARNA REFUNDS

Refunds are processed in different ways depending on the status of your payment schedule. Depending on your financial institution, it could take an additional 14 days from the date the refund is issued. Please visit our Klarna FAQ.

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any items are damaged or defective, contact us at info@makeupforeverusa.com. Include your order number, item description, and photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label. To ensure timely assistance, we kindly ask that all issues regarding damaged or defective products be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Unfortunately, we will be unable to process claims after this period.

To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged or defective product to us at our expense and issue a replacement. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. However, any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.
